These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Voxa, a computational naming service operated by Myk Kym Inc ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our website or API, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Voxa generates brand name candidates using computational linguistics and AI analysis. Our service includes:
Voxa is a naming generation service, not a legal or trademark advisory service. We do not perform trademark searches, clearance checks, or provide legal opinions on the registrability of any name. You are solely responsible for conducting appropriate trademark due diligence before adopting any name.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Payment is required in full before generation begins. We do not store your card details.
Proposals are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Flash proposals are typically delivered within 30 minutes. Studio proposals are typically delivered within 2 hours. These are targets, not guarantees. We will notify you if delivery is delayed.
Your brief: You retain all rights to the information you provide in your project brief.
Generated names: Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use any name from your proposal for any commercial purpose. We do not claim ownership of generated names. However, names are not exclusive to you. The same name may appear in proposals delivered to other clients.
Proposal document: The analysis, scoring methodology, and document format remain our intellectual property. You may share your proposal internally but may not redistribute it publicly or commercially.
Once generation has begun, no refunds are available, as computational resources have been consumed. If our service fails to deliver a proposal within 72 hours of payment, you are entitled to a full refund.

We make no representation or warranty that any generated name is available for trademark registration, free of third-party rights, or suitable for use in any jurisdiction. You assume all risk associated with adopting a name from our proposals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.
Voxa uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) as a core part of its generation and analysis pipeline. All output is computationally generated. No human linguist reviews individual proposals unless explicitly included in your service tier.
Your project brief and contact details are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Brief data is shared with our AI provider (Anthropic) for generation purposes only.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
